What if my product arrives damaged?

When your order is delivered, we recommend checking the packaging right away. If you notice any marks, dents, or signs of mishandling—Even on the box—be sure to note it before signing for the delivery. If you can’t open the package at that moment but something seems off, writing “suspect damage” on the receipt helps protect your claim.

Should your item arrive damaged, simply send photos to support@craftmatrixsupply.com, and we’ll arrange a swift replacement or refund, typically processed within one business day.
